This is a quaint site, with a take envelope and post cash option. It really does have an end of the world feel. Bluff is often much colder at night, it's so far south. Food options are very limited, you have some cafe but the opening times are limited out of season. Showers are great, owner is very helpful although not on site at all times. The cat is black and white and friendly, although mostly looking for food he is owned and well fed so say hello if you see him.
The only thing that is really beautiful about this campsite is the view and the beautiful green lawn for the tents. We were there for 2 days and had tents with us. During our stay the toilets, showers and kitchen had not been cleaned and were very dirty. The tea towels from the day before were also smoothed out and hung back on the handles of the ovens. Despite all this, we had a nice stay at this quiet campsite and the owner is friendly.
We had a great 2 night stay here in our camper. Very close to where we were doing our shark dive trip. Top water view! Clean camp kitchen. Great service from Scott who emailed me prior to our visit & met us when we arrived.
I just spent a night there. Warm water did not work. The bathroom was completely outdated and not clean at all. Greasy curtains and dirty walls. I paid $50 for two adults and that’s a rip off. Very disappointed!
Nice grounds,Clean and tidy basic facilities, friendly people and very reasonable prices. A front seat view of ships that roll in and out a little park and space to run around and a 2 minute drive to 4 square
