My wife and I have been travelling for over a month and I was in need of a haircut. We found Pall Mall close to our hotel and walked in without an appointment. Matt had open time and got me right in. I knew I was in the right place as soon as he asked me how I wanted my hair cut. I explained I have some spots where the hair lays a different direction. He assured me he would leave the hair longer in those areas to help with control.  The haircut I received was excellent. Not only is Matt an excellent barber, but he is also very personable and we had a pleasant conversation.  I recommend Matt highly.Service:&nbsp;Long haircut

I’ve been visiting Pall Mall Barbers Westminster to have an undercut done by Matthew since the beginning of last year. Being a female asking a barber for a creative cut, I was used to being turned away. Matthew was not only welcoming and encouraging but made me feel so comfortable and helped me to make the right decisions for my own style. He is a fantastic and very talented barber - very artistic and I leave there each time feeling a million dollars! His customer service is second to none and he makes you feel as though you are the only person in the world while you’re in that chair. I would never - couldn’t ever go anywhere else! I’ve acquired an unplanned beard having taken some time off over Christmas and not having to shave for work. Nearly two months on it was getting out of hand. Decided to keep it and give it a go but it needed seriously tidying up. I have to say I’m more minded to keep it now as although I say so myself Matt has made me look pretty good. He was excellent. Moved to London around 9 months ago and have been floating around a few barbers with little success and a lot of inconsistency. Ended up at Pall Mall for the first time this week and haven't been so pleased with a haircut in years - Matthew was great with his consultation and his cutting skills. Will be back.

Been going here since I moved to the area and it’s consistently a high quality experience. I’m always happy with the haircut. Matt is very friendly and personable. Would highly recommend!
