Really bad customer service by the male, appears to be the shop owner. We explained what we were after and our price range. He showed us two pieces one of which i liked. However the size was small and i asked if he had anything i could fit without having to get it altered. I explained i didn't have time for altering because my mother is very sick and I'm about to give birth. He then started being rude and passive saying we are not choosing anything. How about you listen to what your customers are saying and if you do not have that just kindly say you don't have it in size or whatever. I honestly could not believe how he treated us. Clearly from the other reviews it seems to be a regular thing for him. Disgusting.
Be aware of this awful shop. The man assuming is the owner has no customer service and is a very rude arrogant body shammer. He doesn’t even let you try the clothes let alone touch it. He does not have respect for women and others in general. I fail to understand why he has this clothing shop when he clearly cannot demonstrate the qualities of an Indian. Rather he is the opposite who puts women down based on their sizing and his body language as well as his spoken language shows how low he was raised. A piece of advice to this disgusting man is to go to school and learn how to live in new zealand and how to posses professional customer service. Will definitely encourage family and friends not to support this business.
So so happy that I went to Bharat Darshan Lambie Drive for my shopping. I purchased my wedding and haldi function outfits from here and the customer service was amazing. the uncle at the store was very helpful and nice. we spent a lot of time at the store but he was very understanding and patient and showed everything in detail and i was very happy with the dresses too. Definitely will recommend to family and friends!
Very poor service! The owner is very money minded and judgemental. I've done some research and if only customers knew the art behind money making when it comes to such businesses they'd be shocked. These business owners buy bulk from India they have connections there they buy at a very very low price and resell here in New Zealand at a much higher price and they back themselves up with so many reasonings to justify why the price is the price its honestly unbelievably cheap when you compare prices by suits huge difference in dollar. Please think twice before buying from any Indian clothing store.
Very poor customer service especially from that man , as soon you walk in no greeting or eye contact when we walked in the man just went inside and the lady just looked at us and also when we said how much is for one outfit, she said it’s over a grand…. Sounds like they pick customers… wouldn’t shop there … I’m the passed have purchased outfits, and they outfits are beautiful but staff are NOT…
Awesome customer services always been provided to me and my family. Always had things of my choice at reasonable price. They even easy to reach on phone ,receive updates of new arrivals. Also don't have to worry about amendments they arrange. Highly recommend
I love shopping at Bharat Dharshan. The outfits are designer and top quality and on top of that there’s excellent customer service from the team. Excellent quality and service. Highly recommend!!
Very bad customer service. The owner needs to learn how to speak with his customer. Very arrogant and unprofessional. If you don't have patience and can't show respect to your customers you are in wrong profession. I will never shop from there. And would not recommend anyone.
Amazing customer service. We never leave the store disappointed. We have been shopping at Bharat Darshan for the past 4-5 years and have never been to any other Indian store ever since than. Dheeraj goes out of his way to always deliver what we ask for. Even if I have no intention to buy an outfit they still let me try it on. Dheeraj happened to be in India at the time I visited and yet again he went out his way to help me shop for my sisters wedding. He even helped me courier everything I purchased from India and it all arrived well before time. The clothes are of very high quality unlike other Indian stores I have purchased from previously. Highly recommend this place with you are looking for good quality and trendy outfits with the best customer service. Both Dheeraj and Neetu are amazing to deal with. They always welcome you with the warmest smile and make your shopping experience worth while.
The customer service was so pathetic , the male owner was so rude and also talked on top of his voice, me and my sister wanted to see collection which was not displayed but the male owner said that if you not buying today then no point looking at it. He was very disrespectful and I was talking very respectfully to him still he said just to leave. Such poor customer service I have seen in my entire life .Pathetic pathetic pathetic.
