At Bella Vista Te Anau we cater for all your business or recreational needs.

We are easy to find on Mokoroa Street, just two hours' drive from Queenstown and two hours drive north of Invercargill. Situated in a quiet location, adjacent to a park and the closest motel to the town centre, we are just a few minutes stroll from the lakefront.

We have ample safe parking so you can leave your car and explore on foot. Te Anau, the gateway to Fiordland, is a great location to base yourself for easy access to some of New Zealand's most famous walks in the Fiordland National Park. It is also the perfect place to start an visit to Milford Sound or Doubtful Sound. There is a wide range of other activities from jet boating the Waiau River to scenic flights available and can all be booked at our Te Anau motel.
