The best place to stay. The people are the best thing about the place, beautiful and nice people and super friendly. Everything impeccable, super quiet and the breakfast exquisite. The best accommodation in Te Anau without a doubt. I recommend it 100%.Rooms: 5/5

A friendly greeting from Cheryl who showed us to our room. Spotless room and bathroom. Good WiFi. Super quiet spot and lovely to wake up to the sweet song of the resident Tui's in the morning. Quick lane way access to the lakefront and a nice stroll into town in under 10 minutes. Would definitely stay again.Rooms: 5/5

Room is comfy and serviced everyday. Hot water comes out fast. Good quality shampoo and body wash provided. Mark and Mel are great hosts. Doubtful Sound is amazing. Arran Motel is definitely a great stay in Te Anau for getting ready for exploring fiordland and relax after coming back.Rooms: 5/5

Immaculate and well appointed rooms. Warm and friendly welcome and couldn’t have been more helpful, giving us a late checkout and even extra towels for a cold, sore runner coming back from the Grunt to shower. Just round the corner from the lake, plenty of parking, nice and quiet location - will definitely be back!Rooms: 4/5

Had booked a studio and were given a 1 bedroom unit which was great as we had 4 nights here. Room was large and well appointed. Spotlessly clean, serviced every day with tea, coffee and milk topped up daily. Staff really friendly. So cosy, quiet and comfortable. Designated parking so you always have a spot. Really short walk to lake via laneway and about 6 min walk to shops. Had a great stay and would definitely recommend.

Rooms were immaculate and clean and for the price, the rooms were nicely sized. The complimentary refreshments such as tea, coffee and biscuits were also greatly appreciated. For those looking to stop in Te Anau before a trip to Milford Sound, Arran motel is the place to be.Rooms: 5/5

Lovely experience from start to finish. Stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment and it was perfect for us, the kitchen and bathroom had everything we could need. The lady at reception was super lovely and helpful… would absolutely recommend!Rooms: 5/5
