Beijing Duck Restaurant

The interior is a bit shabby, but this is a must visit for Beijing duck Peking duck lovers if you're in Auckland. The chef is from a famous restaurant in China, and wheels out the duck to carve in front of you. Super reasonably priced at only $60 for a whole duck! Note: Phone to book the duck beforehand, or it's about a 45min - 1 hour wait if you're ordering the duck on the spot. The spicy chicken dish is also really tasty, definitely recommended.

Authentic tasty Beijing Duck Restaurant. You are best to reserve a table beforehand, as you will need to reserve a duck. The duck is juicy and not dry like other places. Their egg spring onion pancake is a must also. Other dishes are ok. You can also ask for duck soup, with refills. Service is always excellent.

Food was good and affordable, service was good! Make sure you preorder the Beijing duck before you head into the restaurant , overall very satisfied, definitely recommend!

Truly dishonest customer service. We ordered the Beijing duck from the morning and called several times to pick up the duck on time, but when we got there, the duck was not ready and had to wait for another half an hour. Please keep your words as you said. Everyone has their own things and plans to do. You ruined my Chinese new year with my family.

Very good duck, done traditionally and right in front of customer. Very good portion too. Recommend

Not a fancy place to eat but comfortable and cheap and very tasty Peaking duck with pancake. Don’t order other dishes as Peaking duck is the star. The standard of cooking other dishes is very inconsistent

Booked night before for lunch next day. Disappointing Beijing Duck. Seems like leftovers. Other dishes not up to any decent standard. Like they're not even trying.

The Beijing Duck has to be ordered well in advance. The skin may not be as crispy as other places but the duck in its entirety is tasty. Nicely carved up, quite moist and very filling indeed!

Food is not fresh and dirty , the hygiene is big problem , I found a inside of the dish ,I was try other dish and found another hidden in the food . It's terrible ,I don't wanna be sick tomorrow.
