Story

At Bayview we serve a truly scrumptious selection of breakfast and lunch dishes, all made with the freshest ingredients, seven days a week.

In summer we have a pleasant balcony with full beautiful view of Murrays Bay. Our entire menu is also available to takeaway.

Great location with plenty of parking space at the back of the building. Sea view makes it a bit more attractive. Decorations are subtle and looks very nice. Good service and child and pet friendly too.
Ecstatically pleasing interior setting surrounded with greenery plants, cabinet food is pretty standard and average of cafe price. Menu food is enticingly more exciting
This place is so good my friend and I came for brunch two days in a row. The atmosphere is great, with lots of pretty plants everywhere. I don’t know how they keep them so lush. Please tell me your secrets! The food was outstanding. My friend is vegetarian, and there were several enticing options if you’re that way inclined too. I like a bit of meat but try to avoid battery cages/sow crates etc., so I was happy to know all the meat they serve is free range. Despite being very busy, all the dishes appeared in a timely fashion and were beautifully presented. We scraped our plates clean on both visits. Don’t pass up on the potato hash! The coffee was great too. Keep up the good work. We’ll definitely be back.
Friendly staff, great drinks especially the milkshake, best french toast in NZ, we had the full and kids portions.
A wonderful place to have a lovely meal. The service was fast, the food delicious and the atmosphere great. Will definitely go back. Parking: Lots of parking at the back 9f the restaurant too.
Really beautiful place. Lively atmosphere with a relaxed yet classy vibe. Awesome coffee, and the best carrot cake. Can't fault the service, either!Food: 4/5
I thought the food was perfect and very well priced too. The ambience was okay. The staff were generally welcoming however they seem to be selective when dealing with customers. They say good morning to people that appears to be regular customers and not to us who were coming for the first time. Still a very good experience and would come back again.
One of my favourite cafe in North shore. Cozy atmosphere, plenty of food choices. Coffee is excellent , service is efficient.

Place is lovely and inviting. Food was great - had the Eggs Benedict with bacon......yummy! My friend had the Chicken Salad and loved it. Both of us liked the atmosphere and decor. Staff were great and service was excellent.Food: 5/5
