The most delicious pastries we’ve ever had - even better than Lune in Australia! We had the pain au chocolat, the custard tart, the ham and Gruyère croissant, and the pork roll. The pastries are made to such a high quality. They’re extremely delicate and light. We also recommend to get a hot chocolate with their homemade marshmallows- they’re the best marshmallows ever. Thanks for the recommendation from the owner of Ortega Fish Shack in Wellington to come here!
Another pan au chocolate i tried, on recommendation from a chef.nAnd these were the best I have had in town so far.nJust as they should be, and fresh, even in the later morning. The chocolate was still not hardend.
Had the jalapeño and cheese croissant and it was really good. I was surprised. It looked a bit dry. I also got the cold brew. It was tiny but mighty. Worth the 45min bus ride.
Best croissant and pain au chocolat in Wellington. The texture is crunchy outside and soft inside, right amount of butter for the croissant and the chocolate of the pain au chocolat is flavourful. An absolute gem
Where has Gramercy been all my life? The food is sensational, that was the best croissant I’ve ever had, and the coffee was fricking delicious as well. We are so lucky to have this amazing bakery in our area! Highly recommend - and for $21 I got a coffee a huge croissant and a vege tart for later for lunch! I would’ve paid more, don’t tell them that though.
