Variety of Pastry's especially puffs, rolls.nTheir cakes are the best, less sweet but full of flavor.nThey have egg less cakes, too.nWe love the milk bread similar to the one we get in India.nThey have dine in facilities, too, Kulcha, Biryani and some north Indian cuisine is on thier menu.

Found cockroach in the biryani …. If there is option of zero star i would definitely give it. They spoiled my dinner and I felt very bad. I have also made a food compliance complaint. I hope they fine them.

We ordered a customised cake to celebrate Lohri yesterday and the cake was amazing, cake icing is soft cream and not too sweet. Great service by Rupinder Singh. Cake tasted exactly same as the cake you get in India.nHighly recommended. Cheapest quote was offered by them.

BEWAREnNurgisi dum biryani was spoilt. The egg was rotten, rice was slimy n completely rotten.nnThe staff argued that the foul smell was from the packaging n not the food.

IGNORANT OR LACK OF KNOWLEDGE?nnPurchased cassata pastry from the Papatoetoe store. Came home to find out the cakes started festering with mould. Rang the store back to say this is the situation was then told to send photos to the ‘manager’. Received a call from the manager to say this is icing sugar/powder. I then sent him specified areas of where the mould had started to grow. He continue to justify this is parts of pistachio. CAN WE GET BAKERS TO COMMENT ON THIS.nGoing forward this manager told us to go back to his ignorant of a staff member back to the shop to ‘show’ the product and supposedly take a replace. Can I just say, this business wouldn’t be running if it isn’t for customers paying them for their bread and butter. IGNORANT, RUDE and DISREGARDED of a customer service rep male; front of house decides to say we’re a “waste of his time”, doesn’t refund the money and says they can only give a replace. I will point out the second pastry was definitely a fresh one BUT who would want to eat from a place like this after getting something that started to get mould. It hurt them so much to refund us $10 when we ASKED in store for it but the refund was declined thats why the only offer they had was a replacement.nnJust having a look into the reviews of this place, obviously customer service is not where they hold their forte. Having had food from here multiple times, and the Hillsborough one I had decided I would give them an order for an upcoming corporate function for a big organisation but they will not be getting any major deals from us.nnAbsolutely atrocious attitude, ignorant, arrogant and no value for their customers. Keep an eye out, you might even see a review coming up on these people on your next herald article.nnPs: I’m not the first complaint on mouldy, stale and off food from this place. Reviews speak for themselves.
