Bake & Beans Papatoetoe

I don’t recommend this place at all!nwe ordered a pizza and the guy didn’t make it and told us that we have to wait another 10 minutes when we have already been waiting for so long!asked for a refund and they gave $17 in a $2 coins!what happened to the no cash allowed written in the store?nnAlso they touch the food without gloves and the whole place is really messy!

Taste of Delhi , in PapatoetoennFinally got to enjoy the authentic Delhi delicacy- Halwa Puri at Bake & Beans, Papatoetoe. Our compliments to the chef for creating such a memorable meal dish - 2 large puris,2 curries- chickpea curry and potato curry ,onion salad with mint chutney and my favourite part- a bowl of out-of-this-world Halwa !! We topped it off with their special Masala chai medium which was the same generous quantity as a regular coffee at a cafe. My hubby and I visited this restaurant today for the first time for brunch and were impressed by the attentive and friendly service with a smile from their staff Rupinder and Simar Needless to say we’ll be going back for more! Now that you know this is highly recommended, do give it a shot!

Very disappointed in the pizza I ordered from here yesterday Chilli Chicken. The chicken was dark in colour and tasted OLD, like it has been reheated numerous times and had gone totally OFF. I haven’t ever tasted chicken like this and i’m sure a lot of people will know when they are eating something off, particularly chicken!nWhat’s worse was the fact that I shared this pizza with some friends they thought the same one friend picked all the chicken off her pizza. We ended up throwing most of the pizza away. Such a waste of $17 nFor a business that has been operating for quite some time and has built a good reputation, it is disappointing to see food of this quality. I usually go with Pizza Club, but decided to try your pizza due to the convenience of your store being down the road from me. Total let down

Tried their pastries for the very first time. Pineapple and chocolate pastries were delicious. Cheese cake was also tasty but I personally think that it was heavy. Staff was friendly. Many more options were available. Good experience there.
