Bake & Beans Papatoetoe

I was in a panic when my cake order at another shop fell through and I had to cancel last minute. But then I stumbled upon this bakery and I'm so glad I did! The team was absolutely amazing , they worked with me to create a custom cake that perfectly matched my daughter's butterfly theme party within 5 minutes from a ready to go, eggless cake. And the best part…They didn't charge me a single extra cent for the custom design request.I was overwhelmed with gratitude for their kindness and professionalism. Thank you, thank you, thank you to the wonderful team You truly saved my daughters birthday and my daughter's party was a huge success because of you and your yummy cake. Can't recommend you enough!

This is second time happening that I have ordered something and received something else. I ordered pizza two times and received the pizza without any toppings and sauces that was said to be included in the online order. If we're paying something it is your responsibility to make it properly with everything that is supposed to be included. The food I order wasn't for free. It's not a cheap thing. I hope you fix this and maybe provide refund if you're not able to make it properly.

Worst experience I’ve had at a restaurant. I found steel wool in my food, and it honestly made me feel sick. This is a major safety issue and shows how careless the kitchen is. I won’t be coming back, and others should be aware of this.

Been coming here for years. but was so disappointed yesterday for the first time, ordered large tea as I was sick. Tea was great as usual but after opening the lid looked like they just pour medium into large cup.nnPS : Photo was taken before I took even a sip
