You can book online but you will need to book a week ahead. They are open 9-2, they do get busy, so plan for a wait. The staff member was very pleasant and made the experience less stressful. You could see some people were not looking forward to having blood taken and she would talk to each person and put them at ease.nnIf you dont book expect to be waiting about an hour. This is a small office so not lots of staff but more convenient with parking that the papanui office.nnThanks for the good service.

The computer was not working at the time. Bedlam prevailed beyond the control of the staff. Signage about the problem was poorly written. Waited 25 minutes after my booked appointment time. Most of the patients waiting did not book an appointment. Many people came in and chose not to wait. Once I had my turn, I could only commend the staff for efficient, professional, and caring service.

Place is either closed due to industrial activity or to lazy to work regular hours,I am confused about the situation I assumed that this was a business funded by the government and paid for by taxpayers yet they seem to be focusing on their own interests rather than the people that they are working for , needs new management proper processes and accountability,nLes Claxton

Over 1hr waiting time for a walk in… Either hire more staff or don’t take walk in’s. Appointment bookings need to be made almost a week in advance and only 20 bookings are available per day.

Went to get bloods done yesterday but place was closed, went to another lab that place was closed too! Went today and had to wait so long, tried to book online but no spaces anywhere for weeks. System needs to be improved. Could be a lot better. Could be more efficient and need to work with docs so they can advise if a place that is supposed to be open is actually closed so not wasting time driving for one place to another. Have no issue with the actual staff. They r kind and polite.
