Our wee Winston loves this place! He always gets so excited whenever he realises he is going to daycare and gets so much love from all of the staff! It is so nice to know Winnie is being well looked after when he goes here!
100% would recommend! Our girl Mila gets so excited when she realises we’re heading to daycare and the team are so good with her. Always make your pet feel special and great at building relationships with their clients, always love having a yarn with the staff. If you ever need boarding or daycare I wouldn’t look anywhere else.
My greyhound Luke just spent a week boarding at Alameda and he seemed to have a great time. He can be a bit nervous of new things/people but he seemed totally at ease with the staff when I collected him at the end of the week. Very happy and will book Luke for stays in the future.
I had to go on a business trip these past few days, so I left my beloved fur baby at Alameda for boarding. The staff there were incredibly friendly and patient, and my baby was very well taken care of. They looked so happy and content! I highly recommend Alameda! Next time, I plan to bring my dog along as well. I just hope they always stay happy and healthy!
Highly recommended. We are forever thankful to Davina and the team at Alameda. They truly care for and love animals.nnWe left our dogs there while we went on holiday, and unfortunately our dog Deno, who had kidney failure, had to be put down. The team at Alameda treated Deno like their own and even looked after him in their own home. They took him back and forward to the vet and showed so much compassion and empathy.nnIt was incredibly comforting to experience this level of care and have their support during such a difficult time.nnThanks again,nDamien and Aga
