Fantastic accommodation- perfectly located to visit Franz Josef Glacier and Fox Glacier and in walking distance to the infrastructure of the little village Franz Josef.nnThe rooms are tidy and clean in in very good shape, perfect stay.
We have been travelling around the South Island of New Zealand for two weeks and this is by far the best accommodation we have had. Everything was perfect. This is a must stay in Franz Josef.
Before the stay I was wondering how a motel gets rated so highly consistently. My query was answered when I was there. Rooms were huge, well maintained, super clean, heaters working if needed, well stocked for use kitchen, ease of parking and moving luggage in and out. It not only was the best motel in this place but for many trips I have been on across many places.
We opted for a one bedroom apartment & I was amazed with the cleaning standards maintained. Each and every possible essential required was very well organised including bread toaster, coffee machine, pans, cutlery and crockery etc. highly recommend anyone and everyone !
Lovely motel rooms. Well equipped with kitchenette including microwave, table and chairs and a small lounge area which includes a couch. Very clean and comfortable. Location is quiet and just a short stroll to the Main Street.
