I have personally been training for over a decade, which began as a hobby but has become a passion.
I have worked with police recruits to prepare them for the extremely high level of fitness required upon entry to Police College, winning one recruit 2nd in her wing. I have also trained an award-winning Tri-athlete and Paralympian.
