Great food at a fantastic price. The seafood is absolutely fresh and the portions are large. I came with a couple of regulars who dine here for years. We had the seafood salad, seafood pasta and a salmon pizzanever had a pizza like this. My favourite dish is the seafood salad. For me the sauce of the pasta is too runny. All in all however, it’s a great restaurant for a good price.

We came here for a nice dinner and that's what we got. Staff were friendly and helpful and the food was pretty good. I was a bit skeptical of the prices but each meal was probably enough to share so between two of us we got about four meals' worth of food, which worked out to a very reasonable cost per meal.

The pizza was great. Nice wood fired pizzas are always amazing Pastas left more to be desired though. Would've definitely preferred more al dente pasta and sharper cheese as sauce base. Very generous portions though!

Walking in without a reservation, we quickly realized the popularity of this small restaurant. I would highly recommend anyone eager to indulge in their culinary delights to book in advance, as the experience is well worth the planning. Stepping through the door, we were warmly greeted by the proprietress, who exuded Italian charm and hospitality. Her passion for the cuisine was evident, and it set the stage for an unforgettable dining experience. As we perused the menu, our attention was immediately drawn to the enticing statement claiming "the best pizza in the world." Intrigued, we eagerly ordered a pizza, and it certainly lived up to its bold proclamation. The pizzas at Archies Pizzeria are a true masterpiece. Baked to perfection, each slice delivered an explosion of flavors that transported us straight to Italy. The crust was thin and crispy, with just the right amount of chewiness. While the pizza was undoubtedly the star of the show, we also ventured into other culinary delights. The seafood risotto was a standout dish, leaving us thoroughly impressed. The portion size was generous, and the risotto was cooked to perfection, boasting a creamy texture and a symphony of flavors. The abundance of seafood, perfectly incorporated into the dish, elevated the overall experience, making it a seafood lover's dream come true.

Had a great experience here the food was great pan-fried seafood salad and seared calamari. Definitely coming back to this place. Service was great alsoFood: 5/5

Oh my sisters and I were so hopeful on the eve we happened upon this pizzeria...the claim to fame is a bit of a stretch and my friend picked the most basic one! I ordered the vegetable risotto and boy was it underwhelming. The only good thing about it was that it was piping hot. It rained halfway through dinner and staff were just not able to handle this. We got given a wonky table to make up for the fact that that our initial table could not accommodate three people who had ordered six plates of food. Quite a disappointing experience overall so I won't be going back. Location is decent...and that's about it.

Good consistent food. It’s been years since we’ve been here…..nothing has changed. Had the chicken pesto pizza, salmon pizza, seafood pasta and beef salad. Worth a visit.

My nieces and I used to come to Archie's many years ago. Recently we returned to Auckland and had our first meal at Archie's. What a nice surprise! Archie hasn't changed a bit, same menu & great hospitality. We ordered Spaghetti Tutto Mare, Seafood Salad and Pollo e Pesto Pizza. All were very tasty, the seafood was very fresh & juicy, and of good quality same as many years ago. We enjoyed it so much. We will come back for more, absolutely. This restaurant is outstanding - it was so good remember from years earlier when visiting AKL. The booking process seamless, fabulous team really busy no surprise there yet everyone warm and welcoming. The food was delicious, very generous servings and presented well. What a delightful restaurant! Atmosphere is lovely, staff are super helpful, friendly and attentive; even when the place is packed. Food is incredible! So tasty, huge portions, amazing range ro choose from.
