The lady was so lovely as I was at the check out buying a harness for my Jack Russell. She gave Flynn a treat which was a nice gesture.

Got some straws for our guinea pigs. No animal to look at. This store used to sell dogs, cats and birds. Not selling life fish. However, you can bring your dog to wonder in the shop. I guess it is because the shop provide grooming service to dogs. The place is big. Well stock. Animates is opening during public holidays.

Came in on Saturday and received great service from the younger boy working there. We had just adopted a Ragdoll kitten and asked for some advice and received some great recommendations on food, brushes and treats. We have one every happy kitten : love this shop!

Staff meet and greet their customers. The branch is tidy and clean. Huge variety of brands of pet food and toys. Some deals are really good.

I always thought that Animates is just expensive pet shop and it works out better to shop online. Wrong! If you are good at shopping you can find deals better than online. And the staff is beyond helpful and nice, you won't get that online. Also signed up for repeating food delivery which worked out the cheapest out of the whole NZ Internet! Your pet will get a nice treat from the staff and overall just love this place now. Got more as a joke lady bug poncho for $2! And would buy wrong size harness if it wouldn't be for a great lady who works there and who helped a lot.

Amazing two girls we met today. We were after catsnip and they were just amazing helping us to find the right one. One of them told us her own catsnip experience with her cat and made us feel confident to take the product home. Thank you girls. Keep up the good work
