We stayed there 16, 17 July. It's an oldie but a goodie. The units are immaculate, well heated, with all facilities in good order. Beds were comfortable. Staff very helpful and welcoming. Well done everyone!
The room was alright, the kitchen equipment is quite complete too. But the general condition of the building is deteriorating
Price was low and let's say fair for what you pay for. Not complaining. Warm welcome, parking, old fashioned rooms, very low water presure in shower plus all night noise from heavy trucks from busy main road right under motel windows. Next time I'll rather spent more money and will search more carefully where is motel located and what to expect. Backpackers here are welcomed.
If you’re looking for basic, this is a cheap option. It has everything basic that you need for a night, nothing fancy as the rooms are very dated in need of renovation. The carpeted and bathroom floor can be improved in cleaning. The motel is also directly in front of the highway, so be prepared for traffic noise till wee hours of night. If you have the budget, stay elsewhere otherwise this can do for a night or 2.
I had a wonderful experience at this place.... very clean comfortable and well equipped... the shower wasn't much to write home about, but their service made up for it, as I left my most treasured book behind , they found it for me and put it on the courier free of charge. Thank you so much. Janelle Gibbs
