Caught an Intercity bus from platform C but no signs saying where to wait on a very long platform. Luckily it's a different colour to the city buses so didn't panic for long. Customer service ppl are very helpful and friendly
Wow I had the best young Asian/kiwi man, so do look for him at the booth. Went in to get my hop card 1st time with gold card status. I had total ignorance. What a gem this man was talking me through my obligations and benefits....
Always a minimum wait 20mins+ for a bus, and it's always so packed it's uncomfortable, cold seats and dirty/smelly toilets
