We had a fantastic stay at Akaroa Top 10 Holiday Park! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making our check-in process seamless.nnThe facilities were spotless - the toilets and showers were not only clean but also well-designed, making our stay even more comfortable. It was nice not having to pay for shower.nnWhat really stood out to us was the park's family-friendly atmosphere. It's clear that Akaroa Top 10 goes above and beyond to cater to families and create a warm, inclusive environment.nnAnd let's not forget the stunning views of the yachts on the lake!!nnOverall, we highly recommend Akaroa Top 10 Holiday Park to anyone looking for a relaxing, enjoyable getaway. Only downfall is parking up long caravans as difficult spot to get out off but we really can't wait to return!
Located on the hill of the beautiful Akaroa, the Top10 holiday park is handy to town yet tranquil to relax and enjoy the park like surroundings. Friendly and helpful staff, spotlessly clean facilities made our stay most pleasant and enjoyable. On top of that is the million dollar view of the Akaroa harbour you will never get tired of. A truly little piece of paradise!
Amazing spot. Little way from town but the view makes up for it. Fantastic, clean and new style facilities from showers, toilets and kitchen. Has its own track through the bush to town with lights for the after dinner return trip!!nVery friendly staff and loved our stay over Christmas - Santa even visitednAnother Top spot in the Top 10 network.
Very clean and tidy holiday park, facilities very well maintained. Service and communication before and during stay is outstanding. Many of the sites get views.nnWe took the 15 min walk down into town, yes there are some stairs but if you have been hiking NZ, a walk in the park.nnAkaroa, a beautiful seaside town, variety of restaurants and cafes, beautiful old buildings. Everything in walking distance ok we did walk for a few hours exploring but also easy enough to drive around in car or camper.nnCan’t park your camper right in town, but 5 min walk either side you are fine for a flat walk on. We parked down near the water for the day while exploring, then just drove back up to the campground for the night. We did the walk down and back for dinner, store manageable even after a few winesnnThe giants house is worth visiting, it’s a 800m gradual walk uphill, or just drive up. Campers made it.nnWe stayed one night which was enough for us to explore Akaroa, steady drive in and out.nnHighly recommend Akaroa for a short or longer stay and the Top 10 holiday park is a great place to park your rig for the night.
From the time we booked our accommodation until the time we checked out today, we could not fault the service we received. Our accommodation was just as described. Very clean with everything supplied that you could want for a few nights stay.nThe location and view of Akaroa was simply stunning.nThe park is meticulously maintained with all facilities being spotlessly clean.nThis was our favourite place to stay on our Southern Island holiday.nThanks Adam and team Keep up the great work.nMark & Narelle Gray .
