I recently visited Action Sport Mount Roskill, and I was extremely disappointed with the experience. The management, particularly Dave, and the staff displayed a shocking level of disrespect towards nonwhite customers. Their behavior was unprofessional and discriminatory, making the environment very uncomfortable and unwelcoming.nnIn stark contrast, I have since moved to Action Sport St Luke's, where the staff treats everyone equally and with respect. The difference in the level of service and inclusivity between the two locations is remarkable. From this season onwards, I have moved with my team and two other teams a total of three teams to the St Luke's location, which has been a great experience.nnI openly invite everyone to join us at Action Sport St Luke's instead of Action Sport Mount Roskill. You'll find a welcoming and inclusive environment at St Luke's.nnI believe everyone deserves to be treated with dignity and respect, regardless of their background. Unfortunately, this was not the case at Action Sport Mount Roskill. I hope the management takes serious steps to address this issue and ensure that all customers are treated equally and fairly in the future.

I have played netball at AC for many years, for the most part I’ve loved the game, the refs and the management. Sadly, I will no longer be playing there.nnThere are now multiple refs who don’t care if aggressive players are physically intimidating and deliberately injuring their opponents. Even after it’s pointed out and continues. We have a few teams in our division who clearly play dirty and just get away with it.nnI’ve had a female player constantly jam elbows into ribs even when the ball isn’t around clearly getting a kick out of doing it. Upon informing the ref I was told to “push back”. I made it clear I wasn’t comfortable playing like that and got waived away and ignored.nnIn multiples games we’ve had men play so aggressively against woman that after a couple of quarters they become too intimidated to go for the ball for fear of getting hurt. The refs just watch the obviously aggressive play and seem totally fine with it.nnNetball is not a contact sport. I don’t trust the refs nor the management at AC to keep the game clean and safe. It’s super disappointing that this has become normalised.

Absolutely dismal experience at the action sports. Staff Dave were rude, racist and unhelpful, showing no interest in customer satisfaction. The receptionist seemed indifferent and unhelpful, making it a challenge to navigate the facilities. Moreover, the lack of enthusiasm and professionalism from the staff detracted from the overall experience. Management should consider investing more in staff training and customer service to ensure a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons.

Staff treat non white people really rude. Im white but I don’t like when they do that. Disgusting.
