Have been having treatments here regularly for the last 8 months with Ley, Chiara and Justin and have to say I highly recommend their independent services! The follow through and care shown by all of them makes for a great experience and they all care about the rate of recovery and how you are feeling during your treatments. If you need a great Physio, Acupuncturist or Chiropractor head in and see this amazing team!

Having had many treatments for a torn ligament around my left knee, and by many different Physio's, I am happy to say the staff Johannes, Chiara and Jay of "Physio Absolute" in Mairangi Bay have all contributed through their various specialities to a very satisfactory recovery from this injury. I will not hesitate to go back for further treatment if required.

ACC FREE!! ACC FREE!! You wanna get kind, friendly physio therapy which is easy to get to. Go to these guys. Because of this they are booked about a week in advance. But that's cool when you're getting well looked after. Nothing but love for the team at Physio absolute Mairangi Bay.

Worst service ever, I would not recommend it to my worst enemy. It seems to be geared towards making money that is all. I was treated by the boss and he seemed more interested in having a general chat than fixing my complaint, also no reception. The staff turnover was also incredibly high while I was treated, which is never a good sign for any practice. The place was also dirty, I found fruit flies and even a cockroach in their clinic once.

My husband has been seeing these guys for awhile now. And can’t stop bragging about how well his treatments are going. If I’m in ever need of treatment I know where I’m going. Plus it’s ACC FREE!!!

Poor service on numerous occassions its time to raise this. 1. Called to report the start of lower back pain after a consultation. It was cleared that day and the adjustment had failed the first time. After few hours pain started to emerge. No follow up call whatsoever. 2. Booked appointment at 7am. No show by practitioner until 7:30am. I went to work late as a result. 3. Made an appointment with the chiropractor. They said something about telechat. No call received. No appointment was done. 4. Called the Absolute Physio asking for my acc number. I told her I was not feeling okay with having treatment through the call and asked for the number. I sensed little that she was unhappy. The calltaker said she would have the chiropractor who used to see me me to call me. I told her the chiropractor no longer works there. She became angry in her tone and said she would have the branch to call me. I told her she did not need to get angry and ended the call. No branch called. I sensed that I would not get a follow up call for few reasons so I called my GP instead and got the number right after the call. I have been there for a long time and I enjoyed speaking with few people there but when it comes to actual request, nothing gets done.

I nave heard about the no showing fee will be charge. They has got no showing fee which cost me to NZD$160.00. Also they used Credit control for no showing fee. worst Physio

They react too slowly to communication. It took several months to get a reply to my email.

Physio Absolute in Browns Bay is terrible. Avoid at all costs. Terrible service and messed me around with my booking.
