Excellent service. Thank you Arvinder. Total journey took 44 minutes from entry to exit. 9 customers in front in me in line, so including myself about 4 minutes per client, which is awesome. Mostly 2 staff members manning the desk.nnGive yourself time, the staff are doing their best.
The staff in this branch were very helpful, and I was able to finish the paperwork for my license fairly quickly and without much hassle.
Went here to get my drivers license… it was generally a mixed bag.nnIt got off to an awful start - dealing with Kushla older white lady, blond hair, at the start was awful. She was very rude and abrupt to deal with; in the event we unfortunately had incorrect ID, I found her quite condescending, and I felt that this was exasherbated by my young yet legal, age.nnHowever, from there the rest of the team were excellent. I really liked the experience that Arvinder provided cleaned the sour taste left by Kushla, and the rest of the team were quite nice too, although unfortunately I don’t remember their names.nnInterestingly when I later visited again, Kushla totally ignored us - makes me wonder if she knew the way she acted was not inline with company values.nnTwo days we visited - This afternoon and yesterday evening - please pass my thanks to the rest of the team, I find the thought of how often the rest of the team must have to deal with grumpy customers after Kushla quite concerning.
The old lady with the glassed and short hair that always sit in the middle was quite rude, she didn't put any effort in the work we trying to get done. Every single time we go there and we get that exact lady then our work won't get done.nnWe done our license in Lower Hutt the other day and just needed to hand in a form because AA Porirua was closer to us. The lady didn't let us do it and said the system doesn't let even tho we asked AA Lower Hutt if we can hand the form in anywhere and they said YES. Unfortunately that lady in AA Porirua didn't let us do so.nnIf you are trying to get your job done, would recommend staying away from that lady or even just stay away from AA Porirua.
Continual horrific service. This is the problem with key things like the RealMe photo process is done by one organisation.nPlease note if you want service from them you need to go at least one hour before closing due to the inefficiency of the AA. Also make sure they understand your exact needs otherwise they send you away, not all information is available online so you will need to queue, then leave to come back and queue again…nI feel for the staff, hamstrung due to poor process and lack of management foresight.nn-- Update--nThanks for your response, which is neat and all, but how about thinking through your customer experience and update your hours to reflect the actual operational hours of your stores. You are in business to serve your clients, so how about thinking of them first. Simple changes and foresight can make a massive impact on the experience.nnAlso, don't get me started on the quality of the data your team input for my son, causing us to waist more time...nnDo better.
