From the moment we arrived, there was a queue but when we got to the counter..wow!!! she was warm, professional and incredibly attentive. She took the time to clearly guide us through every step, presented all our options with patience and care and made sure we felt confident in our decisions.nChristi went above and beyond the call of duty, turning what could have been a stressful experience into a smooth and positive one. I had a great experience renewing my licence at AA Porirua. Kristen was incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional throughout the process. Service oriented staff, making you welcome, nothing is a problem, there to assist. Jen assisted me & I can't speak highly enough of her customer service skills. AA have a fantastic employee representing them. A very busy office.

Went in to help a friend replace a lost license and the two workers were wonderfully friendly. A young dude processed the paper work and we had a nice chat. Then, he overheard us talking about where to get lunch and suggested The Courtyard on the main street which was really good, so idk, if you’re reading this and need lunch plans after doing a license thing, that dude is both great at his job and has great food recommendations. Oh! Also! I’ve literally never been to a licensing place where I didn’t have to wait in line, so that was super impressive.

Jen was absolutely amazing, so kind and thoughtful, really helped my friend out who struggles with reading when doing her learners theory. Genuinely cannot recommend Jen enough. She is so nice
