
Five elements is a fitness gym based in rural Taranaki, New Zealand.
At Five Elements we combine aspects of martial arts training with bootcamp-style work outs and core strengthening exercises in a focused and friendly training environment.
Sessions are based on:
• High intensity bodyweight workouts
• Core strength building routines
• Muay Thai/Kickboxing-style striking and padwork
• Competition Karate-based speed, dexterity & flexibility exercises
Our training routines are designed to be challenging. You will know you have worked out afterwards! New members and casual visitors are always welcome. Bring some water, a towel and your 'A' game.
