Zumba with Ange offers a fun, effective, easy-to-follow, Latin-inspired dance fitness party!
You do not have to be a dancer to do Zumba, the steps are easy to follow and there is no 'right or wrong way' - everyone has their own style and that's what makes it so much fun.
All classes $5.00 entry

What is it? - The design of the class introduces easy-to-follow Zumba® choreography that focuses on balance, range of motion and coordination. Come ready to sweat, and prepare to leave empowered, feeling strong and do it amongst a fun, community focussed group!
