You can start Kangatraining from 6 weeks post birth and the exercises can be modified for those who have any health concerns, making it a safe and gentle exercise for new mums.
Don't have a baby carrier? No problem! They are available to hire at class and will be fitted for optimal comfort and safety for you and your baby.
