Grind Fitness was created to provide Exercise and Nutrition advice for people of all fitness levels. Fit College is my course provider chosen because of the convenience of online Learning and recognition in the Fitness Industry. I'm studying Fitness as its my lifestyle and to gain a better understanding of the body and how it best functions when fit and healthy Also to motivate inspire and encourage other people, to live a fit, Healthy Lifestyle. Join me on my journey as I provide advice to Runners new and established and to Grind anyone who's willing past there fitness potential through Personal Training or Group Fitness sessions outdoors.
