THE LIFE FORCE MOVEMENT provides comprehensive Movement Therapy and Massage Therapy services, as well as Nutritional and Naturopathic Advice.

Movement Therapy is a system of movement that involves teaching your body to move the way our bodies were designed to move. It involves aspects of many other systems, including Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates, Weight Lifting, Dance, Gymnastics and Martial Arts, as well as some movements exclusive to what I do. If you would like a more in depth understanding of how it works then don't hesitate to ask! In a nutshell, I'll teach you how to use your body the way it was meant to be moved and show you how to train towards your fitness/health goals while keeping within these patterns of correct movement.

What an experience doing Ascension back in July. I just turned 21 and I know now I have the keys to face evrything in my life. As a high level athlete I also discovered new ways to approach my training to be more efficient and which really work for me. It was before all the human bond with the group that touched me the most, something that can't be described with words but can only be experienced. David is a great guy with an open and beautiful heart. His devotion to help people discover wellbeing within themselves and to teach how to take care and strengthen our physical, emotional and spiritual parts is very effective, science&experience-based, meaningful and simply fun! For my wife and myself this one week "Stage Ascension" with David Tan was almost a game changer. We strongly recommend to participate as couple bring your children! as the joint learning ensures a transition into "real life". We have been a sympathetic group of 40 persons in a scenic environment. Time passed fast and in a respectful and good atmosphere. The concept and content presented by David in practical, digestible and implementable portions. We felt that all is based on year-long practice and self-experience. The group went through a well balanced mix of self- and group-practices. Some topics are plain fun, some resonate very deep. We ourselves had very emotional moments where deeply rooted pains externalized. It is there where the presence and support of David and his team, but as well the whole group, helped us to advance. A wonderful experience. Everything David conveys can be done at home - no need to purchase equipment or read further literature etc. We heard about some of the topics before but weren't able to fully understand the "what and why". The stage helped us to close this gap - which is the reason why, now 4 weeks later, we continue a joint daily routine applying the top-10 things we chose to implement. Amongst them is the "digital sunset" which is the most radical change of our daily routine. The WhatsApp group of the stage is still alive and actively exchanges and encourages each other with suggestions and motivation. We didn't expect such a long lasting effect amongst the participants. Lifeforce - David is a great embodiment of this term. Full of energy and joy is he capable of walking with an open heart through the day. I had the chance to take part in a workshop provided by David and it was exceptional. He has a multidisciplinary knowledge that creates ground for deep changes in those who are willing to work with him.
