This has to be the worst experience in the 7 eleven ever in my life.nI visited on 17 December 12.14 am approx.nStaff was too rude and unhelpful.nnI need some fuel so I asked the staff if I need to pre-pay as normally they ask for after hours.nThat guy said yes,nI said can I make the prepay thennHe said just use the 7 eleven and pay-and just gonIf I have the pay and go, why would I come inside the store to prepay..nnSecondnI choose the type C to lightning charging cable that is just the poster take to counter.nThe guy gave the different one then the one I askednEven when I confirmed its the different one, he said its same only 3$ difference.nnI wanted the fast charging one so I said please give me a refund if that’s the case.nHe said come tomorrow to get a refund from manager.nI said I live far away can I change the product he Denny for that toonHow is that supposed to be helpful?nHis behaviour was rude and unprofessional.nnIts the different product, he should have atleast confirmed if its okay to give different products then the asked one..nIts even compulsory from the Australian consumer law.nUnprofessional behaviour and unhelpful.nHis name was hemant.
Very poor customer service.nnI work near the school and regularly stop here to buy an iced coffee. Today the machine only poured coffee with no milk. When I told the staff member, he acted like it was my fault and slowly came to fix it. By that time my drink was already warm. When I asked for a new cup, he was very reluctant and rude about it.nnWhen I finally tried again, the new cup had a hole in it and the coffee was leaking. When I showed them, they refused to give me another cup and asked me to leave the store.nnIt seemed like the people working there might be the husband and wife owners of the franchise, which made the experience even more disappointing. Businesses should not treat regular customers poorly just to save a few cents.
Clean and convenient 7-Eleven with good coffee and friendly service. Big shout-out to Rayudu — always polite, helpful, and welcoming. His great attitude really makes the visit better. Highly recommend!
I had a very disappointing experience at this 7-Eleven store. The staff member at the counter was very rude and unprofessional, which made the visit unpleasant.nnOn top of that, there was no ketchup or tissue paper available — basic items that should always be provided for customers.nnCustomer service was extremely poor. I expect much better standards from a brand like 7-Eleven. Management really needs to look into staff behaviour and store maintenance.
I would love to give this place a zero star. I have experienced the filthiest behavior from the old man at the counter. I came in to get a coffee with oat milk and noticed the oat milk station was running low. I informed the old guy at the counter, but he completely ignored me and took no action for several minutes, despite there being no other customers in the store.nAfter waiting for a few minutes, I approached him again. He silently came to the station, poured my half done coffee without a word, and then placed a “Sorry Unavailable” sign on the machine. When I asked why the machine was suddenly unavailable, his only response was, “It’s not available,” with no explanation or courtesy.nThis behavior is extremely unacceptable. Customers deserve basic respect and clear communication. I would address this issue and request the 7Eleve head office to look into this continuous issue at this store. as you can see from the review, I'm not the only one who experienced this rudeness, and we are all shouldn't be treated in this way.
