I go here alot and most of the time I get this lady who service me who is plan rude and never smiles. She rips me off a lot of the time and once I confronted her and said no that's not right and she just said no and kept saying no . I just paid $13 for a $8 wrap , a $1 sluppee and a $2 donut.  I'm so over her charging me more I am now not going back and will go out of my way to a different 7 11. Please everyone be careful when she serves you and make sure you always check the price is right. She is dodgy as.

I got Chai latte and Hot chocolate with oat milk. The machine kept on bubbling and the lady at the counter stated the oat milk comes the same way in every 7 eleven because of the density of the milk.nWhich is really annoying as when she checked the machine it had to be refilled but she left saying every 7 eleven machine with oat milk is same which is not true as I have been to multiple 7-eleven stores and it never bubbled or struggled. We had to chuck away the drinks we got as its just hot water.nSee video for referencennThe lady at the counter was very rude and disregarded whatever I said. She behaved to me as if she was doing a favour to me by working there.nDon’t recommend this place!! Never had such an experience in any 7-11.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with what can only be described as abysmal customer service. From start to finish, my encounter with this 7-11 shop left me feeling frustrated, unheard, and completely dissatisfied.nnI walked in to get a long black and used a second cup to make sure I carry the coffee safely as long black is very hot to hold on to.nnFirst and foremost, the staff I spoke with seemed completely disinterested in helping me and kept saying they will charge me double and the coffee is not hot. Their lack of enthusiasm and empathy was evident from the moment I reached out for assistance. It felt as though I was inconveniencing them with my inquiries, rather than receiving the support I deserved as a paying customer.nnTo make matters worse, the response I received was “no, it’s not hot” kept repeating this lines as there are no other reason to my inquiry, even when I offered them to try to touch the cup themselves as this is long black not a normal latte.nnIn conclusion, my encounter with this shop’s customer service was nothing short of a nightmare. The lack of professionalism, knowledge, and accountability displayed by the representatives was deeply disappointing. As a result, I am left with a negative impression of the place and will certainly put my hands up to not recommend anyone to use this shop.

Same people everyday of the week. One time a staff member yelled at me to never come back because I had a $50 bill with no change. Grumpy staff. Non-interactive and not social nor friendly. If you go here, just grab what you need, pay then go. Don't even try to interact with them.

Lady working at 12pm so ride no customer service skills what so ever. Please contact me or set your worker straight. Other people out there more deserving of a job than this useless woman.
