i used to be regular customer at this mart . i usually send my little one to collect cold drink from drinks machine . normally this cost 1.50$nBUT this time i was charged 2$ ₹135 !ni am very upset at this . i thought australia was the lucky country ! this mart will no longer receive my money .
Today guy at the window refuses to sell items even if the item is in stock. and when i called him out he verbally abuses you very unprofessional doesn't deserve to work here with that attitude.
This was an extremely frustrating and unacceptable experience at this Quakers hill 7-Eleven petrol station. The Air & Water machine malfunctioned and caused my tyre to fully deflate, leaving me stranded through no fault of my own.nnWhen I went inside for help, the staff member bluntly said “I cannot help you” and stated they could not leave the counter to assist. I was told the store is “not responsible” for the Air & Water section, despite the equipment being on their premises and provided for customer use.nnI was then given a support phone number, which was completely useless, the call center never connected. There was absolutely no support, no ownership, and no concern shown for a customer put in difficulty by faulty equipment.nnIf this station refuses to take responsibility for the services it offers, those services should not be available to customers. This location demonstrates a serious lack of customer care and accountability. Use the air machine here at your own risk.
your guys customer service is horrible, and the shake machine is ALWAYS out of flavours. How and Why is out of juice in the morning when it’s just opened? Absolutely ridiculous‍
7-Eleven is a good Store but Management should check on their Staff and pay attention to their Customer Service.
