I went here for a coffee at around 5:45pm on 5th Oct.nNo chocolate powder was left for coffee.nThe person on the counter was not polite.nI asked him for chocolate powder and he showed me ane empty box very impolitely as if I was asking something for free.nI gave him money and waited for him to return the change. He strangely looked at me and asked me why I was waiting. I told him he needs to return 50c to me. Then he realized and returned. He didn't feel sorry for it or had any empathy for the customer.nI won't recommend his seven eleven to any of my friends.
I went to get a coffee from 7-Eleven at 7:30 PM and needed two coffees. One of the machines was out of order, and by mistake, I took from that machine. Then I took from the machine that was working properly. At the counter, the staff member behaved very rudely and charged me for three coffees instead of two. The staff really need training to be more polite.
I was charged for a coffee that I mistakenly got from the machine which was under cleaning. The out of order sign was out of the place and I just couldn’t see it. The clerk was seeing everything but didn’t mention it until I reached him at the counter to pay. He told me to get another coffee from the second machine and charged me for the faulty coffee too without informing me beforehand. He was rude afterwards and said “it’s your mistake you poured it from that machine so I had to charge you”. Give some basic training to your staff, this fraudster strategy won’t boost your profits.
Please DO NOT go to here if you are going for a car wash, 364 days in a year its NOT working. It hardly works once or twice in a year.nNot recommended, staff never picks up phone so don’t call them.
Came into the store to buy ice cream at 3:55pm. The ice cream pack had a tear. I noticed at checkout and the clerk told me to get a new one.nnI did - brought the ripped one for him to discard. He yelled at me and told me to put it back.nnIf someone buys it without seeing he clearly doesn’t care. He wants the sale. I will log a complaint food health and safety and avoid this place like a plague.nnThis place sells fresh food like donuts - totally disgusting behaviour.
