Coffee machine was showing cleaning required. I asked the staff and she said it's gonna take 2-3 mins and then it should be fine. I waited 10 minutes and nothing happened. The machine actually needed cleaning but someone has to do it. When I asked them to look into this and clean what ever necessary, the other guy on the counter said take full cream milk instead of OAT milk that I originally wanted. Simply because he was to lazy to do his job. Stupid guy. I wish Google has ZERO star option too.
I often visit this 7-Eleven because they advertise that they offer soy and oat milk coffee options. However, every time I go there, the coffee machine seems to be out of order. Just last week, I visited four days in a row, and each time there was a note saying “out of order.” The week before, I went three times with the same result.nnI suspect that the staff might be too lazy to clean the machine and just claim it’s broken. I’ve never encountered this issue at other 7-Eleven locations that also serve soy or oat milk coffee. It’s really disappointing to see this lack of effort and consistency at this particular outlet.
Really bad 7/11 the air doesn't work, guy told me it is broken but it's been like that for ages the are cheap and lazy to fix it because it doesn't make them any money, I won't be going back to that 7/11 again, if they can't support their customers then I won't support them!nnReally poor effort 7/11 you should hold your franchisees to a higher standard!!!
Staff didn't ask actually what kind of coffee I need he just provide without asking me without including suger..nLate night service at 12:28pm
Best 7/11, I always feel safe here when I come to get fuel or food & that's at any time of the day.nnNever have an issue getting fuel, or paying.
