Extremely disappointing experience at 7-Eleven Box Hill.nWalked 2 km just to grab a coffee, only to find the oat milk container empty. When we asked the staff member to refill it, he first said it needed refilling, then said the machine needed cleaning, and finally refused outright saying, “I can’t and I won’t do it.”nHe was standing there with earphones in, clearly not interested in helping customers.nPoor service, zero effort, and a complete lack of basic customer care. Definitely not what you expect.nFor note, check camera around 8.52pm, Indian guy was serving
Very disappointing service. I needed a simple piece of information height clearance for the petrol station to refuel my truck, so I called around 10 times. The first time a lady answered, she was rude and immediately cut the call. After that nobody picked up the phone at all. This is basic customer service — just answer the phone and provide information. Definitely not acceptable.
The night staff member’s A bearded Indian guy behaviour was completely unacceptable and showed a blatant disregard for basic customer service standards. Their lack of professionalism and courtesy was so severe that extensive retraining is clearly necessary before they should be allowed to deal with customers again.
I highly recommend this 7eleven. The staff is very friendly and accomodating, this is my local store for the past couple of years and they have been really nice. There are also very good prices with fuel and a very nice range of products.
