They were quick and efficient even with processing an order as big as this. They also delivered the most suitable substitute items that were in high quality. Also, while I was shopping, they have a range of deals, especially in the categories I was looking for such as hot foods and desserts. Very convenient to have such a huge order with the most of the items on sale to be delivered. Oh, and they even have a ton of cutleries, especially the sporks which also can be a replacement for knives triple convenience.
I visited your store today 7 November after school as my kids mentioned it was Free Slurpee Day. I purchased fuel worth $55 and got two Slurpees for my children.nnAs I was walking to the counter, a staff member named Jessica started speaking rudely to my kids for no reason. I politely asked her to talk nicely and explained that they were with me and I would be paying for the fuel. She then told me that only one free drink was allowed per purchase, which I understood and agreed to pay for the second one.nnHowever, her attitude and tone throughout the interaction were very disrespectful and unprofessional. It was a disappointing experience, especially in front of my children.nnI hope you can address this matter with the staff involved to ensure better customer service in the future.
Why 4:30am can not buy coffee? Today staff said the coffee machine can use at 5:00am. Is that policy? Why other shop can sell? I always went to night pay tell them what I want, they will help me then I pay it. You shop not accept anything why need open 24 hours.
The guy who works Friday night was very rude! Doesn’t know how to serve pple he’s gon get problems if he keeps doing this!!!
Finally they have vegan milks! Also the chocolate powder is a nice touch. Prices are okay if you use the app, horrid if otherwise. Experienced lovely customer service, especially by the young woman with black hair forgot name. The store is generally clean, no complaints
