Coffe machine always dose maintenances on lunchtime they have 2 but they clean both are the same time instead of one at a time that way there is always coffe

Very bad customer service, they don't know anything about how myki system works and made me buy new cards when expired cards can be replaced for free at station. They never acknowledged their mistakes and kept telling me ' it's not their fault' when clearly it is. I wonder how many customers had to buy new myki cards due to their lack of knowledge. They even gave me the wrong 7/11 customer service number to complain about their poor customer service.  Totally waste of time!!!

Disappointed with the service received today as the staff member was very unfriendly and had no courtesy to offer me a bag when I went to the counter & had to walk out with my hands full. NEVER GOING BACK
