Unprofessional staff, im just preparing the food cuz its hot he need me to go out right away lol

Drove from the great ocean road back to Melbourne and stopped there around 6:30 pm to get some fuel, sign said it's pre-paid to avoid scam. So we paid 30 $ but they filled it up more and we got yelled at from the counter to come and pay more and we had to pay 8.36$ more. Clearly they are the only scammers. Very unpleasant experience.

Becoming to this 7 eleven on and off the past 4 years there are 1 staff member that is the most friendly and kindest. Always asks me how I’m going or how I am.

Coffee machines don’t look like they have ever been washed

I'd give zero stars if I could. The staff are the rudest I've come across and make you feel like you're an inconvenience to them. The staff don't even say hello and they're either on their phones or talking amongst themselves. Either learn how to provide customer service or find a job that doesn't require you to deal with customers. Given them a few chances and nothing has changed. I'll take my business elsewhere.
