Had to pick up a parcel from DHL, had to get a ticket powered by Hubb, it didn't work. Called DHL to confirm that the package was there and she called hubb for me which couldn't get a pin for me. Dhl asked to speak to the attendant to just give me the package, the attendant Tammer refused. 23min later they handed me the parcel, hubb had to call the store to tell them to hand the parcel over. 

Worst experience in a 7eleven period.

Drove from the great ocean road back to Melbourne and stopped there around 6:30 pm to get some fuel, sign said it's pre-paid to avoid scam. So we paid 30 $ but they filled it up more and we got yelled at from the counter to come and pay more and we had to pay 8.36$ more. Clearly they are the only scammers. Very unpleasant experience.
