Unprofessional customer service!!nI visited the store on 12th of March around 10 pm, the guy who was in charge that time was very unresponsive with his duties and seems lazy towards his job never ever met the poor customer service like him before. He suppose to learn some good customer service skills from other staffs working in the same store. Totally, disqualified and lazy towards his duties. God bless you lazy man.
I’m not sure if the man that works here most days is the owner or not.nBut he’s always so friendly, no matter the time you go in.nIt could be 8am on a Sunday and he always greets you with a smile and provides friendly service!

Always lower prices than the capitalist on CNR Garden St & Pittwater Rd & good service. Btw that other servo is Ampol who should be investigated by ACCC from $1.80 to $2.24 in one day to me is price gouging.
I went here last night to get some diesel for my car I spent around $91.65, As i enter the store to pay my bill There was no one at the counter except few people waiting to be served... I waited for 4 minutes Then i said anyone here to serve us after calling it out few Times guy came from the back WithnNO smile No sorry for wating etc..Zero skills of customer service Name of the guy is SahL...nAnyhow i handed exactly right money to pay for my fuel which was $91.62.. One note of $50 & 2 notes of 20..two dollars... He said to me sorry i cannot take this $50 note as the fifty dollar note was little ripped from the corner... but the serial number was there, He argued and said no no i can’t take this, i said to him ring your manager and even his manager said No ... Now how the hell you can reject a $50 note which is perfectly fine??? I will post the photo of the Note as well.....
