I visited this 7-Eleven many times and thoroughly impressed every-time. Arun, the manager, goes above and beyond to ensure his store runs smoothly. The shop is always clean, well-organized, and stocked with a wide variety of products. Arun himself is friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about his customers. I have never been to any of 7-eleven before just dropped in to get a coffee. This guy works in the morning was so professional to help me out and get me on one the 7-eleven App which is quite extraordinary with rewards and fuel lock.nSatisfactory experience.

I come to  this 7 eleven convenience store everyday for coffee,fuel ect…along with my daughters. I’m so disturbed to see this negative review especially describing the features of a certain individual that works there.My daughters & I have grown Great connections to the individuals that work there & always been pleasant & very kind even in times of when it busy sadly many workers there have put up with such disrespect with people stealing, violence, disrespect, individuals filling up there car & not paying..This negative review should of been dealt with maturity of talking about it to that certain worker face to face with love & respect so all this negativity reviews could of been avoided.. I have visited petrol stations before in the past 10 years, some of which the staff were good and others were horrible. But in the last few weeks, I had experienced the most unprofessional and down-right unacceptable customer service from petrol station staff and management across the south-east suburbs of Melbourne. This lack of customer care and service brought me to the point to decide to buy an electric car, any one, to get away from petrol station staff all together, regardless of how close to my house or work they were.nnJust as I was about to wash my hands, I found the 7-Eleven station in Dandenong North.nnThe staff at this Dandenong North 7-Eleven station were completely different from the other petrol stations I had visited in the last 10 years. The manager and staff were friendly and genuinely invested their time into helping any and every customer that came in. From a friendly smile and greeting to gently resolving unexpected conflicts and providing a swift service.nnEven though I was just another customer, I felt just as valuable and a priority as the customer in front of me and behind. Thanks to the manager and fellow staff at 7-Eleven, my perspective on great service and customer care have changed for the better.nnMoving forward, if I’m ever needing to refuel or grab a quick snack, my first thought isn’t to simply choose any petrol station, no. My first decision will be to go to the “customer first, customer focused” team at 7-Eleven Dandenong North.

My husband and I have been going to this 7/11 for over a year and have always felt welcomenStore is always clean and staff especially Arun man with beardand his delightful wife.nWe highly recommend going to this store for great coffee,s/w's, donuts,hot food  n fuel.nWell done guys
