I bought an expired product  which was my own fault and just noticed it couple days ago before opening it. It expires on May 2024. When I come over to the service counter and explain, the staff didn’t even ask if I want a refund or exchange and assumed I want a refund. Yet I want to exchange.nnThe best part was, when I went to the supplement shelf and look for the same item and only found 2 bottle which are EXPIRED as well, Feb 24 and 2023. I have no photos of the expiry date, only receipts.

Sometimes, when I visit Dandenong marketplace, I usually go to this Coles. Good location, long opening hours, and plenty of parking space available. There's a dedicated Halal food corner available here, too, in case you are looking for Halal meats. The shop is quite big and the staff are well mannered and helpful. Most of the stocks are available, and prices are reasonable being next to Dandenong marketplace. The only issue I notice is the presence of homeless people almost in the front door and don't feel comfortable seeing them all the time. However, I understand that Coles management has very little control over this situation. Good experience overall, and I enjoy shopping groceries here.

Overall very good. I love the scoop and weigh section. Prior to the curfew, I loved the late opening hours. Also plenty of half price roast chicken at nights, generally they are ready around 8pm. The meat section however could be better. Some of the premium cuts aren’t here when I checked scotch fillet, eye fillet, pork chops, etc.

Store never has its specials tagged the day specials drop.nnThey lose a sale every day the change the specials on their iced coffee range. Because they are too lazy to line up tags with opening hours. And or too incompetent to realise nobody is paying 6 bucks for a dare ya literal half nuffies

I have to shop here at 6am-7am because the African security guard bothers me every single time I go in there any later than that. The staff are friendly and it's the anxiety free experience I wish I could have at a more reasonable hour.nnWorst part is I can tell he thinks I'm someone I'm not because he always tries to say I've been caught stealing before. Which I haven't stolen from a store since I was like 14 and I'm 36 now.nnThe staff member with the mostache is actually the only person in the store who doesn't make me feel judged or like I'm being watched.nnI am fine with security guards. My step dad has ran a security company for 25 years. Nothing but respect for what they do.nnBut that guy gets incorrect ideas in his head. And harrasses regular customers for literally no reason. And he is going to get Coles sued if he bothers me one more time.nnThe arab guards who work for the same company are all lovely and do their job to the law. And never make me feel uncomfortable. If anything safe.nnThe other guy makes you uncomfortable and if he doesn't walk to the self checkout and literally do a visual patdown whilst coming into my personal space and faking small talk.nnI've told him several times to stop talking to me unless he is accusing me of something. But he still harrasses me everytime.nnHappy to give whatever ID you need to clear it up but unless he isn't there. I'm going to Safeway or aldi
