Went to fill up my car a week ago and want to pay with a 7-11 gift card, it is a electronic card save in my wallet app. Staff look so puzzle as if it is the first time they have seen it. He kept asking me for a barcode but it does not have one. He just need to split total up to the gift card value, send it across to the EFTPOS machine. I will tap the phone and pay. and then pay the rest of the balance with my CC card. It is not rocket science and I would expect staff should be trained on how to do this. Otherwise whats the point of gift card.nnIf staff was not trained properly, please do not roster them in night shift by themselves.
Went today at 9.45pm for water and a paper and the lights are on, doors are locked and the attendant used a common hand signal for me to go screw myself. Well fine if thats what 711 considers 24 hour service i will go to BP across the road.nnThank you for showing your dedication to your role and how much this company actual cares about service.nnRude, Never again.
I recently visited this store , and unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience. I bought a coffee, but the coffee machine seemed to be malfunctioning. I spoke with the employee, and he mentioned that many other customers had the same complaint. It's concerning to me that they continue to sell coffee without fixing the machine. Not only did I receive a cup that was half-filled, but I was charged full price for it. I feel like I didn’t get what I paid for. I understand things break, but the lack of communication and action to resolve the issue is disappointing. I hope the shop takes this feedback seriously and ensures customers get their money's worth.
Staff are friendly,nnSmall store but usually well stocked.nThe toilet is the worst toilet I have ever seen in my life.
The service person has multiple times been in the back-room while I’m waiting to fuel or then even after to pay. After multiple times calling them. They don’t respond. What’s the point of having somewhere there?
