3.30am loaded $20 on an Opal card... the night ride bus arrived. .I tapped on .. No load went on the card.. couldn't go back to 7-11 and demand my money back as I would have missed the bus and been late for work. .. I would rate a Zero but unable to. You owe me $20 Ripped off.... Furthermore complained to 7-11 Customer service and wow got a result. Was credited my $20. Thanks for that

Terrible customer service, individual won't allow you to get cash out even when making a purchase because he is lazy.

Great staff during the day, but there is an overnight guy named mandeep who has the most atrocious customer service skills I've ever come in contact with. I'm not one to make complaints but really felt the need too with this one. It is almost impossible to talk to him as he murmurs all his answers and never seems to understand simple phrased sentences. One night he told me his opal machine was broken, then charged me $20 saying my card was topped up. Found out the next day it wasn't, Opal have told me to contact them to resolve the issue and they refuse to deal with it. Honestly, just visit the seven eleven right across the train tracks because those guys are so much more courteous.
