Absolute legend who used to work at a caravan manufacturing business in there helped me out today with a lithium conversion for my caravan. Friendly knowledgeable and great service all round! Dont hesitate go in and give them all your money!
After receiving the wrong information from a staff member about a solar set up, I did my own research to find I didn’t actually need a $200 DCDC box I was told I needed and actually only needed a $30 PWM, I purchased a battery for the solar set up only to be given one by my friend, so I returned the Kings battery the next day unopened, and the staff there told me I can get a refund to my bank account once kings claims get in contact with me, they advised I can’t get a refund only a store credit. Pretty hard to deal with a company that have no idea what they are saying.
Been waiting a month for my rooftop tent. Went into the store and none of the staff were willing to help.nn1. They couldn’t find my order, even though I gave them my invoice/order number, staff aren’t well trained.n2. They weren’t willing to give me an ETA on the tent. They said it was impossible. Yet I rang head office and they gave me an ETA instantly.nnJust a overly terrible experience from the staff.nnBut the store is very nicely laid out and a great location
