4one4 Real Estate opened for business at 414 Main Road Glenorchy, in March 2006 by Paul & his wife Robyn with one goal in mind, which was to provide a unique agency that would exceed our client’s expectations in every way.

Our creative and innovative approach to real estate helped the agency cement its place in the highly competitive Northern Suburbs marketplace and has helped the agency grow to become one of Austriala’s most awarded companies.

The success of 4one4 Real Estate encouraged Paul to open a second branch in 2007 located in Brighton. Managed by his son Patrick, the office has proven to be another success story, with Brighton now one of the fastest growing areas north of Hobart and the agency holding on average 60% market share within the area.

4one4 Real Estate is now a household name in the northern suburbs and Brighton communities. The organisation is known for offering creative marketing ideas matched with strong family values.
