I've been training at UBX Buderim off & on for the past 3 years. Every time I go back I'm welcomed back in & immediately feel a part of the UBX community. The staff have created a positive culture where everyone feels welcome. The workouts are great, every day is different. 6wk challenges are great fun with plenty of healthy competition and banter

My new addiction! Totally love my daily workouts at UBX Buderim and seeing the results quicker than other forms of exercise, make all the 'hard' work absolutely worth it!  Am excited to go every day and with members and staff super friendly and helpful, makes it so much more fun ... as I said, my new addiction!

A great gym for men and women. The staff a friendly and push you each session to train at your best. All the members are lovely as well.

I’ve been at this gym since it opened and I still look forward to going every day. I can get in & get out without the hassle of trying to come up with my own workout routine and the workout is different every time. I get a great all over body workout each session the trainers are so invested in helping each member reach their fitness goals...can’t rate this gym high enough

Love this place. The trainers are amazing and offer tons of support and encouragement. The workout is tough, but rewarding. Very happy with my results since I started over a year ago.
