After having twins last year, I started going to reformer classes at The Buderim Pilates Studio to regain some strength. I was looking for a studio that offered reformer classes where I would feel comfortable speaking up if I couldn’t do an exercise rather than struggling through, and where there was a focus on getting the technique right. The Buderim Pilates Studio ticks all of those boxes. Deb is a fantastic and highly knowledgeable instructor, and the smaller class sizes mean you don’t just feel like a ‘customer’ in the room. I cannot recommend it highly enough.

Fantastic studio in the trees, clean and with all the latest equipment. Love the small classes and Deborah can personalise your program to suit your needs, which has been great for me.

I am astounded at the progress I have made in such a short time. Deborah is a great teacher with the right combination of skill, care & vigilance. She personalises all programs & adjusts as you go. The studio itself is beautiful, clean & stylish & set amongst a private rainforest.

Lovely quiet location and small classes in a well equipped studio with expert guidance and personalised programme. Recommend Buderim Pilates to anyone wanting to improve and maintain their functional wellbeing.
