I had a fantastic experience with purchasing our car at Zupps Aspley. Their price was very competitive and the sales person - Marina, as well as the Manager - Paris were very helpful, communicated well, and were very patient throughout the process. We hope to be a return customer and do recommend this dealer for others looking for a good car dealer.
Service department is all I have experienced. They are friendly, knowledgeable and professional. It was nice to have a service advisor who was able to discuss exactly what work I needed done and lay out the price clearly, no need to question the bill here.
Had the best experience purchasing my Hyundai Santa Fe from Russell today! He helped to make the whole process so easy and straightforward, from negotiations to delivery nothing was too much trouble and communication was excellent. He is a credit to the business.
The new 3 day employee salesman was excellent polite, respectful and honest. His knowledge was limited however didn't fake and went to get the information from another team member. This is when I got completely disrespected. Mid response to my genuine question regarding the new Silverado. His 1at comment- you can't have 1 for 14 months possibly 17...okay we aren't in hurry. What's the GVM, rear axle load rating, towing capacity etc. This salesman saw his mobile phone screen flashing on his desk some 10 metres away, stopped talking to me mid sentence and just walked off, literally mid sentence. After a few moments, he waved a piece of paper in the air, still on his phone. I told the new salesman, he got the piece of paper handed it to us and it was nothing. Absolutely nothing relevant to us at all. I sincerely wish the new salesman all the best, sorry we missed buying from you and hope your training doesn't come from the other salesman. Needless to say we've bought another model vehicle from someone who gave us the respect we deserved and the facts we needed in print.
Took the car for check as I had some issue with it, they were supposed to call the next day to let me know what’s wrong - service kept it for 3 days without updating me at all, finally when I called back as I need a car back - service man was on a lunch break so no update but he was supposed to call when he’s back - no one called! I went in person to ask what’s going on - a service man never came back from lunch so no update again ! I requested my car back and never went back since ! Poor customer service. Horrible experience with this dealership, and Alex Seaward in particular. We purchased a car back in November and received good customer service before the transaction had gone through. An hour after driving out of the dealership in our new car we noticed issues. I emailed right away and it didn't get resolved for 6 weeks, after I'd followed up multiple times with no response. Fast forward to 6 months post purchase and we're still trying to get an issue fixed that they refuse to acknowledge being responsible for. I've had Fair Trade involved, but the dealership has ignored their attempts to seek a resolution. Be careful, they will try and weasel out of any liability!
Got my car serviced here. They are fine. Quick and reliable.
Be sure to bring a jerry can. Test drove a car, got about 5mins in and the car ran out of fuel. They were lovely enough to rescue me and the staff were nice but probably important to check the fuel level before someone takes a car for a test drive.
Super happy with my purchase + the service I received from Alex and Vu - My jeep was super clean and tidy on delivery, nothing was too much trouble and the follow up after purchase has been fantastic also! Highly Recommend :
