Made purchase of a transmission. Came with a hole in casing and had tried to be covered up(badly). They agreed to refund but then never heard from again after trying to contact on numerous occasions. Contacted by consumer law but they failed to reply to them. Next is QTAC small claims. Terrible to deal with when they are at fault.

Had the exact part that I was after, out and ready to go when I arrived.  A lot cheaper than what the dealer wanted to charge me.
