Of all the Zhangliang in Perth, this one was the most acceptable. Compared to that of Carousel, this Zhangliang has a better space for ingredients selection, and many more seatings. We still had to wait, but the experience was much more tolerable.nnThe food was nothing too special, but the staffs here are nice enough to greet guests rather than looking at them like cattle waiting to be fed Ahem, Carousel…. If you are dying to eat Zhangliang, please eat here to make the most of your money.
been wanting to try this hotpot chain for a while, and wasn't disappointed!nnthere are a wide range of vegetables, meats and noodles, and i enjoyed the original beef bone broth, although it was a bit salty. their signature malatang is ok? i didnt really like it nor hate it, but i think their bone broth is better. yet to try other broths...nnbroths i've tried:n- original beef bone broth 8/10n- signature malatang 5/10n- tomato soup 7/10nnoverall i love the customisability, and the variety of options, so definitely give it a shot !!
Don't let the words 'Spicy Hotpot' scare you out. In fact, there are 3 non-spicy broths and 3 spicy broths for your choice. 6 different free condiments to go with. Free cold tap water. Fresh quality buffet styles foods. Minimum 400 g for payment. It was a good experience for us. My 406 g food with beef bone broth cost about $16. So, there you go, the basic cost. Avoid peak hour if you don't want to queue up. Bt the way, there are two different big sizes of broth and food containers for taking away the unfinished food. Haha. Enjoy! 2024-04
Weigh and pay hotpot’s are such a thing now that they are popping all over the place. Especially in the suburbs where the Asian community reside in like at this place.nnGlad they opened up a Zhangliang closer to home. Same great place that has a good dine in place with all the usual ingredients to make your custom hot pot. Seafood, meat, vegetables, tofu, or even your pork blood or tongue. Weigh which is $39.90/ kg. Choose your broth or soup and enjoy the complimentary peanut sauce, chilli, soya or spring onions. They also have complimentary serve your own tap water as well. The fried chickpeas they sell in containers by the counter is also quite yummy to snack on while waiting for your food to come out.
We visited here during the happy hour 3pm to 5pm during Monday to Friday. Actual day visited was Wednesday after school so we received the 15% off discount. Great tune to visit as it was not crowded at all. Plenty of free tables to choose from.
