Yummy spicy noddles if you enjoy a bit or a lot of heat in your food!nnYou first choose your own ingredients don’t get too excited and take more than you can eat! pick up your drink if you want any from the fridge on the way to the till, pay your food by weight, make you own dipping on the way to your table and wait for your yummy dish to arrive!
There's a lot of choices for the ingredients. Always enjoyed their soy based ingredients section. I ordered the mushroom soup base but there's a lack of mushroom flavour, just a generic umami taste.nnThe bingfen is a welcomed dessert which is not served in a lot of places. It's basically a sweet clear jelly loaded with lots of toppings which is fun to eat and would be good with a spicy hot soup.
Another great Zhangliang hot pot shopt here. Such tasty food. Highly recommend this hot pot store, youre missing out if you havent tried it before. The chilli oil side with garlic and peanut sauce is on Point. I recommend the signature flavour, you will not be disappointed.

Hands down the best Malatang in Perth. The soup is so flavourful with a great variety of noodles, meats, vege and extras. Give it a go!
