Good, quick service, happy employees, and banana bread is Yum with enough butter if desired.

Best customer service I’ve had in along time. Staff were lovely even when I ordered the wrong thing they swapped it for me without any fuss and didn’t make me feel silly for ordering my own coffee wrong. If I lived in Caloundra i would come back just for the friendly staff.

I am a Z addict, however today, at Caloundra Zarraffa's, I had the most amazing quad shot coffee fusion, ever. By far!

Good coffee. Friendly staff.

Great place. The staff always say hello as you walk in the door. Very fast service in the shop, but the drive thru seemed really slow the one time we went through. So much so, we drove out and went to McDonald's around the corner. But the coffee is very nice at this place!!
