Big Thanks to Hayley for her patience and finding the right clothing/sizes for me! The store was very busy and she was just getting out from the change rooms with a full clothing rack to put away but when I approached her, she left everything and helped me out-what a great customer service!!! I spent hundreds there that day and was happy like never before with my more Hayley’s choices
Beautiful clothes and very fair prices. Staff are there when you need them but not pushy or hard sell. I do wish they included larger sizes though.
The store itself is great, has two floors - ground floor for adults and first floor for kids. It's clean, has a great variety of clothes and big change rooms. The downsides are that not all items online are available, and that the overall quality of clothes is poor as they don't hold their original shape or texture after the first wash - most shrink, go crankly and lose their softness.
Big beautiful space with a second floor for Men and Kids sections. Has a lift near the ground floor change rooms in the Priceline side and an escalator in the other entrance. Lots of trendy pieces but has good classics as well. Can get busy during weekends and sale periods, so be smart and take a friend to help with the dressing room queue.
Very disappointed in this store. Just took my autistic daughter to buy clothes for a birthday party this weekend. As she is shy she popped her head out of the change room to show me what the outfit looked like. The young blonde haired girl working in the change rooms screams out that men are not allowed in the change rooms. Initially I did not hear her and my daughter pointed this out which now my daughter is very uncomfortable. As I walked out and apologised she repeated the fact that I was not allowed in there which was very embarrassing in front on the other customers. No signs anywhere staying this and I had just seen women in the men’s fitting rooms. Well Zara you just lost a $300 plus sale.
Super hectic in there today with a massive sale on, but the staff especially the guy and girl at the changeroom around 1-2pm were absolutely rocking it. It is so rare to walk into a retail store and see staff working hard, being polite, and not following you around the store staring at you and bugging you! For the first time in a long, long time I actually bought clothes in-store instead of uncomfortably walking out and ordering online. Bloody hats off to the staff, and I hope the manager is taking them all out for drinks when the sale is over!
The most horrible store in Perth. Craig at store dont even know what customer service is. He is mentally unwell and dont know how to deal with customers. Beaware as this store is spoiling the inditex image in the market. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO NEVER GO AT THIS STORE.
Terrible store and exceptionally rude and unhelpful staff. Had been given a dress for my daughters birthday tags etc all attached and it was too small. Asked for a exchange and to pay the difference for another dress. The staff told me to get a receipt or bank statement for the item bought, I had to ask my friend for this, got a bank statement a week later and was told by a even more unhelpful rude staff member that it's too old. I don't know what to do with the dress! I can't understand this practice of Zara, as I was even willing to spend more money in their store for a new dress. I've been to lesser exclusive retail stores and exchanged items a year old and have gotten a voucher with no issues. Silly silly practices and horrible staff!! I will never shop at Zara garden city again!!! Rather support other stores with better customer service and staff!!! Very very disappointed
Love their clothes. Don't love the terrible customer service from their staff. I've shopped at this store countless times and every time I leave I am overly disappointed with the customer service level. Hopefully this will improve over time.
Staff will neither make eye contact, nor actually interact with customers, as far as I can tell. This includes the staff member at the till, taking my money. Men's wear is up a claustrophobically narrow escalator, with no clear signage; the upstairs change room is labelled 'men only', so women interested in trying on items labelled as men's wear will need to allow extra time to get to the downstairs change room. I chose not to, and bought trousers elsewhere. I can't access an Australian website for this company, or find anywhere to lodge a complaint directly with the company.
