Extremely unprofessional staff....The staff working get triggered when they see customers walking in that need help. The staff are always gathering along either at the counter or at the back of the fitting room having a chat amongst themselves about their own personal life. As a customer, I feel guilty for shopping at this store because it feels like I am bothering a friend group who are catching up. Good products but customer service is atrocious.
Just wanted to say a BIG thank you to Jamie at the Booragoon store for his professional, super efficient and pleasant manner when dealing with an issue I had. I manage a retail store myself and was super impressed with his customer service, enough to almost offer him a job! Keep doing what you're doing Jamie, You're destined for great things :

Outstanding customer service, especially on a busy day, they made my daughters day in helping her find a new style, she had the biggest smile on her face when we left.
Such great service from the staff here! Store was in perfect order, was able to find what we wanted super quickly and were taken care of by a staff member.
manager took an extra 10 mins to open the store in the morning and i could clearly just see him just picking his pimples in the mirror inside while i waited outside LOL. The store is run by a bunch of kids
