Went on 13 August 2022, 3-4pm. Staff here are the most unhelpful. Asked if a pant size is available and was straight away told no. Didn’t even bother looking it up. Massive queue for the fit-on rooms and the girls there were chatting without bothering to let people in. Only one person was handling customers and she was answering a query. Many customers left after trying on while we were at the top of the queue and multiple vacant rooms but the other staff wouldn’t bother and kept on chatting. Same at the cashiers, chatting and slow. Chaddy has a better service.
Would give it 0 stars if I could. The girls working in the fitting room section are so rude! I’ve never seen such poor customer service. The store was quite busy, so I usually understand that the staff is under stress, but it is not an excuse to treat your customers like that. I was waiting patiently in line and I had a lot of people behind me waiting, the girls completely ignored us and kept on folding the VERY FEW clothes they had and kept on chatting to one another. Definitely not coming back to this Zara store, shame on you!
Good quality and selection of kids clothing however the service has left a lot of be desired for. We managed to find clothes that we liked, and queued up to pay. There is only one cashier working with about 3 staff member just hanging around the floor area. This one cashier is stuck with a customer with a complex return and tried to call someone to help. She kept calling and calling and it turned out, she was calling for a staff member that’s chitchatting with another staff member around the corner Then both staff member came, one was helping the cashier, one was hanging around, fiddling with a cupboard, didn’t give customers any eye contact, didn’t serve anyone. ANOTHER staff came along and chatted with the staff fiddling with the cupboard, asking her when she started her shift today, not serving customer until the staff that’s on the first till asked her to serve on the second cash register. How is that customer service?
Went in for a click and collect, which is supposed to be a seamless, quick process. Certainly was not that. - Staff were rude. Relax... you work for Zara, not Rolex. You knobs. - 5 customers in line. 1 cashier serving a customer who is buying over 30 items. Cashier didn't even think of getting another staff member to help serve the others. Big brain. - Whoever thought it was a good idea to not make it unisex change rooms should be sacked and be given meds for their head for life. Imagine getting changed mid-way and a store-person tells you to go to a different level. - Store is an absolute mess Do better lol. Cringe.
Worst customer service, the cashiers keep talking to each other especially the short dark hair guy, he has very arrogant attitude . The cashiers keep ignoring the customers like the customers are not exist which is rude, they didn’t say hi/thanks to any customers and very slow service since they keep talking to each other. This is the very basic manner of customer service and they failed it. You’ll get a better customer service at some random restaurant in Chinatown unfortunately ‍ would give 0 star if i could. Very disappointed
Please update your opening hours as appropriate. I rushed to the Bourke Street Mall store at 6pm to be told it’s closed due to the public holiday. Your trading hours stipulate a 7pm closure, ensure you update this so as to not cause an inconvenience to shoppers.
I bought some pants from Bourke street mall Melbourne. When I got home I noticed they had stains on them. I live 90 minutes away so it is not easy to return them. Customer care are so hard to communicate with and the only answer they gave was to bring them into a store- I kept saying I can’t as it’s too far away- they just copy and pasted replies.
Went Saturday evening to buy Jackets for my self and my husband I wanted to know whether the jacket is warm or not, The guy simply said no idea. If staff have no idea, atleast label your products Zara so next time when we shop we dont waist your's staff time . Staff here was unhelpful and rude. Why keeping these people if they have no clue what customer service is. GoodBye Zara for such a pathetic customer service.
I am a regular, few assistants are really nice. Especially martha in men’s section and the Asian girl that works in kids section idk the name they are always helpful. Assistants in women’s can be a bit meh cause they are always too busy.
Had the worst customer service experience at Zara on Bourke Street at the Men’s Level Fitting Room. We were treated so poorly by the staff but could see a big difference of customer care to people who are not of colour.
