This is the best pizza in Lower north shore since I moved to Sydney 8 years ago. I really enjoy watching the 5cm heavy cheese toppings melt on the crispy base. Double meat and cheese than regular franchise pizzas. The unique Garlic Pizza is my daughters favorite. If you want to try some caviar flavour, you can try Avo's special pizza. Note, it is salty and not suitable for everyone. You really don’t need to spend double or triple price in Italian restaurants for a pizza like this because you can enjoy the authentic one here.
Healthiest Pizza I’ve eaten out , just like a homemade pizza. Fresh, delicious, flexible with toppings. I had a Santorini on a gluten free base with spinach, red onion, fresh tomato, prawn feta & mushrooms instead of bacon so this made my pizza even lower in fat . Simple decor & the tables were meticulously cleaned between patrons which is always reassuring. Highly recommend it & especially great for those needling a healthier Pizza in a relaxed family atmosphere. Vegetarian options: Flexibility with topping choices & salads available Kid-friendliness: Children I saw at the restaurant seemed very happy with their meals & they had little boxed 100% juices, which I personally diluted with mineral water for the perfect drink . Opens at 5 which is great for an early dinner. Dietary restrictions: Gluten free bases available I didn’t check for celiac
My new fav local joint, always pleasantly surprised at how busy it gets. Ordered a t/a Supreme pizza and a friend ordered a vegetarian pizza he said it was good. Pizza was generous in portion and decent in price for Lane Cove. I was comfortably full and I can easily clean a pizza on my own The pizza was a more of a traditional style base was firm, not too thick, nicely crisp, toppings were generous and fair in quality. Way better than frozen cardboard u get at the grocery store. There was a slight wait but to be expected, at 7:30 on a Friday evening. Not fancy pants like other joints in LC but Honest and Rustic Looking foward to ordering again and trying something different.
Great family business and very friendly!! I highly recommend this pizza place whether you dine in or takeaway. Pizzas are superb and great value. Can't wait to come back!!
Such delicious pizza! A little pricey but not a big deal. Beautiful little restaurant with a lovely ambience. Would come back again :Food: 5/5
Zapparellis was amazing. We stumbled upon this restaurant by chance on a Wed evening and loved it so much, went back on Fri. And they didn't disappoint: great atmosphere, delicious food and friendly service. A true hidden gem. Vegetarian options: My daughter is vegetarian; she liked it too
Authentic Italian food - great pizza and pasta dishes. Been here a few times, to eat in, over the last month with friends and family - never failed to impress. The food was ready quickly. Staff are friendly and has family style feel to it. Only negative is the very limited seating. Tip for people thinking of eating in - get there before 6.45pm, as afterward the table are usually all taken. And it’s BYO.
What a amazing place Best Pizza in Sydney Unbelievable staff And the owner could not do enough for us with choosing our selections We will be back as a regular Parking: Plenty of street parking
RUDE! Elderly Man - probably the owner very bossy. Rudely sent me away from the counter as he was "Too busy cutting pizzas" to take my payment for my pick-up order. Not the first time he's been RUDE to me, but definitely the LAST - The food is nice when its hot, but definitely not top quality enough to tolerate the RUDENESS. There are better options in the area offering same or better quality and much better customer service!
I just ordered delivery from uber eats from this restaurant and there was a cockroach inside the garlic bread. Absolutely disgusting! Avoid and makes me wonder about the hygeine standards at this restaurant.
