Absolutely the best store much better than Newport store. I ordered Bolognese and a cheesy garlic bread. Bolognese serving was much bigger than the Newport store which was excellent and the cheesy garlic bread was overloaded with cheese which was excellent. Unlike the Newport store which only has two pieces of cheese on it. Practically I will definitely be returning to the store okay best service are ever and if they say 20 minute wait I recommend that you actually wait best food ever

We Ordered veg supreme pizza first time from this outlet . Pizza arrived cold , not even loaded with toppings properly . Crust Franchise has set guidelines to make every pizza upto mark , they dont even follow half of them . This franchise owner needs to pay attention and train his staff . Total waste

Absolutely worst pizza place - avoid at all costs!!! I have ordered here countless times my mistake as it is my local pizza shop and EVERY SINGLE TIME I order, they get my order wrong. I ask for a specific pizza normal pizza without cheese…. not very difficult due to ANAPHYLACTIC reasons and every single time I ENSURE I check the pizza before I leave and low and behold it is always wrong. Luckily I never leave without checking and their response is “Oh I didn't see it says no cheese. No big deal I'll make another one". I have had my pizza be incorrectly made FOUR TIMES in one order to which there was no apology, just rolled eyes and a laugh. I am not too sure how it is funny when a paying customer has to wait for 1 pizza to be made correctly 4 times….?

Updated review: Lane crust pizza called me the next day and offered their apologies and replacement. Thank you for your help with this matter. Old review:Terrible customer support. Non existant. They delivered the wrong order with missing items. Tried calling many many times but noone even bothers picking our phone. Very disappointed!

Pathetic tonight guys. Never consistent….some nights good, other nights like tonight the pizzas rocked up cold and hard like cardboard and burnt….1.5 hour wait. Really shocking. Don’t know why we keep going back, think we would have learnt our lesson after 2 years ahahah. Not that hard to make pizzas is it??

Terrible customer service.. We have ordered vegetarian pizza and have given specific instruction to use new cutter instead of ones used to cut non vegetarian. We had past experiences of using non vegetarian cutters to cut vegetarian pieces and end up having non vegetarian pieces on our pizza. But the store has completely ignored and when we saw them using the cutter we asked them to check our instructions. But the guy was very rude and gave a very casual response. This is not the first time they did this to us. They do not care customers needs. Very rude staff.

This place or head office takes no care nor responsibility in customer's food allergy. I am allergic to shellfish and had an allergy reaction after eating their peking duck and peri peri chicken pizza. I told them about it and I feel they did not take full responsibility of this. If they can cross contaminate shellfish with duck and chicken pizzas, then vegan pizzas may have traces of meat, and gluten free pizzas may have traces of gluten.

**EXCELLENT SERVICE, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED** We ordered Dominos pizza from north ryde store at 6:45pm ish and it was delivered at 8:07pm, we called them twice. The delivery guy called us, we went down only to realise he went to the wrong building. We waited in cold and rain, FINALLY WE RECEIVED PIZZA WITH BACON whereas that’s the only thing we separately mentioned to take out as we don’t eat bacon. Furious and hungry, we returned the pizza, asked for the manager’s number and called him for another pizza and some compensation as any other stores would do, but the guy apparently manager of NORTH RYDE STORE CHARLES who later said he was not the manager and refused to give the managers number misbehaved with us, did not even bother to say sorry, said he can only send another pizza in 30-40 mins which would be 9pm where we ordered at 645pm ish. He was so so so rude, Angry and upset with his behavior, we asked for a refund don’t even know if we will get it. We then looked up into Crust pizza, we ordered peri peri chicken pizza and herb and garlic squares. The absolutely scrumptious items were delivered within 25 minutes of order. The delivery person Michael was so nice and well behaved, he was sooooo polite, very impressed Reason for the whole story is to tell the difference between not only the food but the customer service. Please keep up the service. I highly recommend Crust pizza, you keep your brand reputation with not only your food but how you speak!

This place has great pizza, and I have to say anytime I've ever had an issue with an order the manager has always without hesitation corrected the issue and for that reason I will continue to give this place 5 stars. The pizza is excellent though highly recommend. Praise to the delivery drivers too for always making sure the pizza is delivered in a timely manner.

I order 3 pizzas 2 margarita and 1 hawaian tonight. One margarita with extra cheese, so the pizza was exact same as the other one and still paid for the extra I didn’t get.
